Butler Junior High gets 33-0 win vs. North Hills
The Butler Jr. High football team used touchdowns by four
different players to defeat host North Hills 33-0.
Zach Lowrie opened the scoring with an 11-yard run then Scotty
Dietrich scored on a 12 yard run with Adam
Jendesky adding
a two-point conversion.
Noah Ryder scored on a 68-yard run for a 20-0 Tornado lead
at halftime 20-0.
Lowrie added a 50-yard punt return for another score and
a 32 yard run by 7th grade quarterback Sammy Dietrich had
a 32-yard run to close out the scoring.
The defense was led by Alex Pacoe, Noah Ryder and Dillon
Uranker.

The 7th and 8th grade football team improved their
record to 2 wins and 1 loss with a victory against North
Hills, 13 - 0. Scoring touchdowns for the Golden Tornado
were Travis Reed and Canan
Roskovski. The Tornado was lead on defense by Dom
Pusateri, Jacob Lenhart, both with interceptions,
and Bryant Butler

Scoring touchdowns for the Tornado were Canan
Roskovski, Jacob Alston, Claude Clark, Zach Collins,
and Jacob Lenhart. The Tornado was lead on defense
by Darrion Frisby with a fumble recovery, Dom Pusateri,
and Luke Hartung.

Cannon-McMillan - 0
Scoring touchdowns for the Golden Tornado were Zach Collins,
Canan Roskovski, and Nate Laufer. The Tornado was lead on defense by Tom
Jendesky with an interception, Zach Irion, and
Austin George.

** at Central Catholic once again the opponents scored with
just 12 seconds left, however on
ensuing kickoff Justin "Cheezy" Thomas goes
coast to coast for the winning score as time expires.

Joe Duncan
carried 16 times for 200 yds. and three touchdowns. Duncan
scored on runs of 20, 25, and 28 yards. Jesse
Binus added a five yard plunge for a score and also added
a conversion kick. Sean Tosadori
scored on a conversion as well. Josh Wachter
had 4 tackles and 2.5 sacks for the Golden Tornado while Dan
Tatangelo had five tackles on the defense side of the
ball for Butler.

Once again Joe Duncan
ran away with the show carring 5 times for 145 yards vs. Neshannock.
Duncan scored on a 67 yd. run,
a 54 yd. punt return, and a 41 yd run. Sean
Tosadori tacked on two conversion runs while passig to
Dan Tatangelo
for the another. Tatangelo continues
to shine for the Golden Tornado defensively with 12 tackles
in the contest. Marcus Hough had
six tackles as well as Josh Wachter,
the latter also had 2 quarterback sacks.
